The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announced that according to the last statistics that was done in mid-2017, 40% of the candidates of Master have got a good English grade and it is expected to increase more. The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research announced this in a speech on 31st of July, 2017, during the completion of an English competency course.
